Lydia graduated from DeSales University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. For the next two years, she worked for a regional accounting firm as an external auditor and studied for the CPA exam. Which she passed in 2005!
For several years, Lydia worked in the banking industry until 2008. That year her life changed, her and her husband had their first baby! Lydia decided to go back into public accounting as a tax accountant and she has been there ever since. She missed working with clients!
Lydia loves working with individuals and small business owners. She strives to get the stress of accounting and taxes out of your head, so you can focus on your business! Lydia likes to think you are getting professional service but being treated as a friend.
When not working, you can find Lydia spending time with her family: golfing, at the beach, around a campfire, coaching her children's teams, walking and enjoying all that life has to offer.
Travis Faust joined LML Tax & Accounting Services in Dec 2023, bringing with him a background in tax planning and preparation. He earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Northampton Area Community College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Messiah University.
One of Travis' favorite aspects of his job is having the opportunity to connect with clients and simplify the complexities of tax regulations. He is dedicated to making these topics accessible, helping clients understand how their everyday choices can impact their tax situations. Travis believes that by simplifying tax concepts, he enables clients to focus more on their families and growing their businesses.
Outside of work, Travis enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing, hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoys traveling and having the opportunity to go on missions trips with his church.
Lisa Overholts is pleased to join LML Tax and Accounting Services and to work with her former colleague, Lydia Lesser.
Years after acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in English from New York University, Lisa went back to college to earn a Bachelors in Business Administration, as an Accounting Major, from Ohio University. Working in public accounting for the past 20 years, she obtained her CPA license in 2010.
Lisa enjoys working with individual taxpayers and small business owners. She understands the importance of explaining taxes and accounting in a way that simplifies what can be complex rules and regulations. She finds helping clients through the tax preparation process, and making sure they are prepared for the following year, rewarding work.
While not working, Lisa enjoys hiking, biking and reading novels. She resides in Lower Macungie Township and takes several yearly trips out west to visit her son in Seattle and daughter outside San Jose California.
Sue has worked in a variety of settings including the transportation sector and in several office administrative positions.
She has been working with LML assisting clients, preparing tax paperwork, working on tax entry and helping with tax bookkeeping responsibilities.
Sue is friendly, she loves to do a job well and is a hard worker.
In her free time, Sue enjoys baking, cooking, cleaning, shopping, traveling and spending time with her family.
During her career Jen has enjoyed teaching Preschool for Keystone Opportunity Center, directing Hilltop Preschool, and teaching K-5 Library & Technology for Faith Christian Academy.
Most recently she has worked in Marketing & Communications for a local Family Business Center, and has started her own side business in the field of Professional Organizing. Jen currently works in communications for her church, she also enjoys getting back in the classroom as a Substitute Teacher for Faith and Quakertown Christian Schools and is excited to add Tax Bookkeeping to her schedule.
Jen excels in working with people, she is positive, detail-oriented and has a strong work ethic. She is a natural leader and enjoys seeing work properly carried through to completion. Jen strives for a good balance between time spent on relationships and time spent working.
Outside of work Jen enjoys the outdoors - especially beach trips - biking, kayaking, reading, organizing, decorating, photobook making, technology and best of all being with her family and playing with her two grandchildren!
